What Are Rubber-Lined Tube Clamps?
Rubber-lined tube clamps are DIN 3015 tube clamps fitted with an elastomeric insert inside the clamp bore. The rubber liner creates a protective barrier between the tube and clamp, preventing direct metal-to-metal contact.

Rubber Liner Compound Selection

NBR is commonly selected for oil and fuel systems, while EPDM is preferred for water and steam-related applications. The pressure rating depends on the selected DIN 3015 series, size, clamp configuration and hardware. The elastomeric liner itself should not be treated as the component determining the overall pressure rating.
